Anne Adair, Urban Moves Founder
Anne is a former world class ballerina. She is a certified personal fitness trainer and Pilates instructor, as well as a licensed massage therapist. She has taught dance and exercise for more than twenty years. Utilizing her ballet training and extensive kinesthetic awareness, she delivers exercise programs that challenge endurance, balance, strength and flexibility. Anne believes that grace and power are synonymous.

Nancy BrownNancy Brown, BarreAmped Bexley
Nancy Cushman Brown holds exclusive rights to the Barre Amped method in Central Ohio. She currently offers the Barre Amped Method exclusively at Urban Moves. Nancy has had extensive training in barre method and is the only Barre Amped certified instructor in the state of Ohio. She is also a Physical Mind Institute certified Pilates instructor and has been an NSCA certified personal trainer for over 15 years. Nancy graduated from Capital University with an interdisciplinary degree in Health Science and has over 20 years of experience coaching gymnastics and cheer leading.

Nathan Wirrig
Nathan has been a certified fitness counselor and personal trainer for over a year. Currently finishing his BA in Exercise Science at Ohio State University, he focuses on developing personal fitness programs, and creating personalized exercise programs and meeting the needs of clients based on goals and adequate protocol. He is intuitive and energetic. His workouts consist of melding different modalities and focusing on developing strength and overall client health.

Matthew Wainscott
Trainer Matthew Wainscott has been personal training since 2005. He is an ISSA certified personal trainer and competitive natural bodybuilder. His personal fitness accomplishments include winning the 2006 Natural Atlantic Coast Bodybuilding competition. He takes this winning attitude and uses it to help his clients achieve the fitness goals they set together.

Sissy Donnelly
As a certified personal trainer for over fifteen years of experience, Sissy is enthusiastic and intuitive with her clients.  She enjoys training people at all fitness levels and in every age range.  Her fun and intuitive training style is results oriented and geared to clients who are committed improving their overall health. 

Michele Powles
Michele Is a seasoned group class instructor who enjoys getting her clients in shape by doing Zumba.  Come and dance your way to fit with her great enthusiasm and motivation.
