Our trainers will pre-plan your session to ensure a workout that is customized to fit your schedule and designed specifically for your body-type, lifestyle, and fitness goals. We offer individual and group personal training and fitness consulting. We often recommend that you book 2 one-hour sessions per week. (**whether with a trainer or through taking one of our many classes). On the days that you don’t have an appointment, our trainers can customize a weekly workout plan for you to follow. Whether your goal is muscle gain, fat loss, flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning, all of the above or other health goals you may have, Urban Moves will help put all the pieces together in achieving your fitness goals safely and effectively.
